We ship both domestically within Thailand and internationally.
All orders are processed and shipped from Thailand.
A. Domestic Shipping (Thailand)
Order Processing Time
- Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order items will be shipped according to the timeline stated on the product page.
- During high-volume periods (holidays, special launches, promotions), processing times may be extended by a few days.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via Thailand Post ,Kerry Express.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
B. International Shipping
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimate
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Estimated delivery time: 4–30 business days, depending on the destination, courier efficiency, and customs process. Please note that there maybe a delay
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We suggest you check your local customs regulations before ordering.
If customs duties are refused or unpaid, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
All international shipments include a tracking number.
Shipping Damages & Losses
We are not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact your shipping carrier immediately to file a claim and please keep all original packaging materials and the damaged item, as they may be required for the claim process.
We will assist where possible, but final responsibility lies with the carrier.

B. Exchange Policy (Thailand Only)
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
Conditions
- The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with full packaging.
- Exchanges are only permitted for items of equal or lower value.
- Refunds are not available.
- Exchanges require staff approval before the item is returned.
Fees
- Thailand: Exchanges are free of charge.
- International: Customers should contact us first; exchange feasibility depends on the product and condition.
C. Repairs
We offer repair services for Applesin jewelry depending on the product’s condition.
- Repair fees will vary depending on the complexity and material.
- Some items may not be repairable due to design, plating type, or structural limitations.
D. Wrong Product Delivery
If the wrong item is sent:
- Within Thailand : We cover return and re-shipping costs.
