1. What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made with 925 Sterling Silver /Brass (nickel-free) with Gold plating / Rhodium plating / PVD plating depending on design. For the gemstones, we use high-quality CZ stones, synthetic gemstones, or special stones per collection. Material details are listed on every product page.
2. If a product is out of stock, when will it be available again?
We restock periodically, though some limited or collaboration pieces may not return once sold out. For updates, please check the product page or contact us directly.

4. What’s the difference between READY STOCK and PRE-ORDER product?
Products that are already in stock will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Pre-Order products (Collaborations and new Original Collection) require a longer production time. Timelines are stated on each product page.
5. How can I check my ring size?
You can refer to our Ring Size Guide on the website (US/UK/Japan sizes included).
If unsure, we recommend using a ring you already own as reference or measuring with a printable size chart.
1. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may request a cancellation before the order is shipped. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
2. Is gift wrapping available?
This service will be introduced soon. Please note that collaboration products are not eligible for gift wrapping.
